David Davis has been a member of the Powow River Poets since 2006. A Newbury, Massachusetts resident, he has worked as a surveyor, teacher, philosophy professor, and artificial intelligence researcher. He publishes his poems in online journals, and a short story, which appeared in Isaac Asimov’s Science Fiction Magazine, has been anthologized and translated into multiple languages. Davis has read frequently at the Newburyport Literary Festival. He is a co-founder of two high-tech companies, and has edited/written four books and more than forty papers in his area of technical expertise.
