Marybeth Rua-Larsen joined the Powow River Poets in 2016. Her poems, essays, flash fiction and reviews have appeared widely, including American Arts Quarterly, Measure, The Raintown Review, The Flea, Crannog, and Angle . She won the 2011 Over the Edge New Writer of the Year Competition in Poetry in Galway, Ireland, the 2016 Parent-Writer Fellowship in Poetry from the Martha’s Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing, and her chapbook Nothing In-Between was published by Barefoot Muse Press. She teaches at Bristol Community College.
