Robert W. Crawford
Robert W. Crawford's new manuscript, The Empty Chair, is the winner of the 2011 Richard Wilbur Award. His book will be published in December of 2011. His poem, "The Numbered Stars," won the 2010 New England Shakespeare Festival Sonnet Award. His poem "The Empty Chair," won the 2006 Howard Nemerov Sonnet Award. His first book of poetry, Too Much Explanation Can Ruin a Man, was published in 2005. He is a trustee of the Robert Frost Farm in Derry, N.H., and founder of the Hyla Brook Reading Series.
